ABOUT US

New Directions Transportation, Inc is located in Dayton, Ohio. We serve the surrounding area to include Miami County, Clark County, Green County, and Jefferson County. We provide Non-Emergency Medical Transportation to our clients. Our services also include providing transporation to Substance Abuse Treatment, Medically Assisted Treatment, and Medicaid Insurance covered trips.

We believe that our services are special due to our caring and compassionate staff. Being centerally located in Dayton gives us the unique opportunity to work within the community to be able to provide and support transportation needs for those who have barriers preventing them to the treatment they deserve.

Our team of drivers and dispatchers work Monday through Friday 7:00am to 7:00pm and are available on holidays to ensure our clients have their transportation needs met. We have  passenger sudans,  passenger caravans, and passenger shuttles that can accomodate any transporation need.

All of our staff is CPR/First Aid Certified as well as Naloxene (Narcan) Trained. Each vehicle is equiped with first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and Ohio State Patrol Inspected for safety. Each driver performs a pre and post inspection of the vehicles after daily use.
